Some of it. Usually 0% VAT: packaging inserts and flyers, catalogues. Usually 20% VAT: stickers and product labels, mailer boxes and packaging, thank you cards, business cards, postcards, point of sale, vouchers and coupons, appointment and loyalty cards, vinyl and window graphics.

Some of it. It depends on the item, not the occasion, so one job can have both rates on the same invoice.
