How Much VAT? is run by Tenfold Ltd (company no. 5231604), 9 Victoria Road, Nottingham NG2 7JW. This page explains what we collect and why.

Using the checker and calculator

You don't need an account and we don't use tracking cookies. We count how many people visit each page, check an item or open the quote page, as totals only, with nothing that identifies you. If a search doesn't match anything, we keep the words you typed (not who typed them) so we can teach the checker new names.

If you ask for a quote

We collect what you put in the form: what you need printed, your name, email, and anything else you choose to add (phone, quantity, size, deadline, notes). We use it only to reply to your request and quote for your job. We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell or share it.

Our legal basis is that you've asked us to quote for work, so we need your details to respond (steps taken at your request before a contract).

Who handles it

• Tenfold, who read and reply to your request.
• Resend, which delivers the request to Tenfold by email.
• Upstash, which stores a backup copy in a database in London.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.

How long we keep it

The website's copy of a quote request is deleted automatically after 12 months. The email in Tenfold's inbox is kept as part of Tenfold's normal business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Email hello@wearetenfold.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
